All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. When you order through our secure online shopping cart, we do not charge your credit card until we ship your merchandise to you, except for Paypal that is charged when the order is placed.

If we are unable to process payment on your credit card, please ensure the credit card number and expiration date were entered correctly and that the billing name and address exactly match your credit card statement. If any of these are incorrect, it may delay your shipment. You will be notified via email or phone if a problem exists with the payment information you provided during checkout or if we need verification information to process your order.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax in the states of Florida and Massachusetts, where we have a physical presence, as well as in other states where we have reached sales volumes that require collecting taxes. State Sales Tax is calculated based on the taxing jurisdiction of the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. All applied taxes will be refunded if an item is returned, excluding tax applied to shipping and handling charges.



We offer Free Ground shipping and returns on all USA orders over $100. All of our shipments are sent from our Jacksonville, FL headquarters. The Free Ground Shipping carrier is the choice of Predator Group and is, in most cases UPS or FedEx. We also offer other shipping methods from UPS, FedEx and USPS that you can choose from for an additional cost. You can choose a specific ground shipping carrier by selecting a paid ground shipping option with your preferred carrier choice.

All Predator orders above $300 are shipped Signature REQUIRED upon delivery. However, depending on the shipping service provider for your order, a package may be left without a signature at the discretion of the shipping service provider. Predator Group can do nothing to prevent this from occurring.

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are shipped every business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

All in-stock standard shipping or domestic free shipping orders will be shipped within 2 business days following credit card authorization and verification. Exceptions to this include orders that are placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST, over a weekend, or on a holiday, as well as any order requiring special handling, such as custom options (tip change, etc.) that can typically take an extra day or two.

USA Orders will typically arrive within 2-7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) following receipt of shipping confirmation email – the scheduled delivery date will be outlined within your shipment confirmation email. International orders to some countries can take longer.

Alaska/Hawaii Shipping:

Items shipped outside the contiguous U.S. to Alaska or Hawaii can only be shipped via 2-3 Day Shipping. Standard Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is not available.

APO/FPO Shipping:

While we can ship most items to APO/FPO addresses, some restrictions do apply. Items sent to APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and cannot be expedited. Normal delivery time for these shipments ranges from 10-30 days. If a package has not been delivered within 75 days or more, written notice of non-receipt must be submitted to Predator Group signed by the intended recipient. Once this written notice is received by Predator Group, a claim will be filed with the U.S. Postal Service. If the USPS can not provide a signature confirmation of delivery, the recipient will then have the option of a full credit for the purchase amount or a reshipment of the order.

Express Shipping

All in-stock, non-customized, standard orders shipping via Next-Day Air and 2-Day Air, as well as International Express orders, are prioritized. We will attempt to ship them the same day if we receive the order before 9 AM Eastern time. Exceptions can happen on high-volume order days. Customized orders will ship upon completion, which usually takes an extra day or two.

  • Next-Day Air orders will typically be delivered by 8:00 PM the business day after shipment.
  • Second-Day Air orders shipped on Thursday will arrive the following Monday. UPS Second Day Air items ordered on Friday will typically arrive the following Tuesday.
  • Standard Overnight® orders shipped on Friday will typically arrive the following Monday.

International Orders

We ship to most international countries. For international orders, please go to our International website by changing your region at the bottom of this page. Other international countries are available during checkout on the Predator Cues International website. You can also use our Retail Locator to find the nearest Authorized Predator or Poison dealer in your area.

Import taxes and duties vary from country to country and may be required by the country you live in. These are not included in our shipping prices that only cover the shipping cost. You are responsible for paying import taxes and duties upon receipt if applicable.

To get a shipping cost estimate, add the desired items to your shopping cart and use the shipping estimate tool that is on the right side of the shopping cart page. You will need to enter the destination country, State/Province, and Zip/Postal code to see your shipping options and prices.

We Do Not Ship to Parcel Forwarding Companies

Our USA website only accepts orders for customers living and receiving delivery in the US. We will not ship orders placed on our USA website to US-based package forwarding services or re-shippers. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company will be canceled. If you are located in a country outside of the United-States, please order from our International website. We ship to most countries.

Shipping Problems

While not common, shipping problems can occur. If you have a problem with your order that is related to shipping, please contact the fulfillment partner included in your shipping confirmation, contact us via the blue Help button that is at the bottom right of this screen, or call us toll free at +1-888-314-4111 (International +1-904-448-8748).

If you have not received your shipment within the expected delivery time, or if the shipment has been delivered but is not in your possession, please have your order number ready and call us toll-free at +1-888-314-4111 (International +1-904-448-8748).

If your shipment arrives damaged, please do not open the box or remove any of the packaging materials. A Customer Service Representative with Predator Group or our fulfillment partners will have to process a damage claim with the shipping provider, have the damaged merchandise picked up from your location and give you further instructions to receive a replacement.

UPS or FedEx Intercepts:

UPS MyChoice and FedEx shipment redirections initiated by customers are not allowed on our accounts to prevent fraudulent redirections of packages. If you need to redirect a package, please contact one of our Customer Service representatives for a change of address post-shipment. UPS or FedEx Intercept and shipment redirections will incur a $30 USD charge per tracking number. This request must be initiated by phone at +1-888-314-4111 (International +1-904-448-8748). We cannot guarantee that all requests will be successfully processed. The ability to update an address is subject to certain limitations and time constraints.
